Chris Bourgois
Senior strategic consultant and managing partner of Introduce.
Chris worked at Bekaert Zwevegem for 22 years. 15 years in operations, planning, logistics etc. and then 7 years as HR manager for various divisions. Meanwhile, Chris has been working for 14 years as a senior trainer/consultant at various companies in Flanders. Isabel Van Neste
Senior consultant and coach at Introduce.
Isabel Van Neste is a senior consultant and coach with deep expertise in guiding organisations and teams. She started her career in the communications sector and later worked as a manager in various HR organisations, where she gained years of experience in leading people and managing business dynamics. Since 2022, Isabel has been working independently on a variety of HR and coaching projects for renowned companies such as Amcor, Rousselot, Supremo, Bostoen, Buchen and Darling Ingredients.
A certified coach, NLP master and practitioner, Isabel was also certified as a stress and burnout coach and organisational coach in 2020. Her extensive knowledge enables her to guide both individuals and teams in their growth, resilience and effective collaboration, with a keen eye on personal development and creating healthy work environments.

Practical information on our workshops and training courses
Our workshops and training courses are fully customised and flexibly tailored to your specific needs. You can choose between half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) sessions, including a lunch break. The trainings are ideal for groups of 8 to a maximum of 20 participants, ensuring a dynamic and interactive atmosphere in which everyone can actively participate.
Prior to the training, we schedule an intake meeting with the HR department or managers involved. This conversation helps us identify your specific needs and expectations, so that we can tailor the content and approach of the workshop accordingly.
After training, we offer additional support if required. This can include:
-Individual coaching for employees who want to grow in their personal development
-Team coaching to strengthen cooperation and dynamics within teams
-Reintegration processes for employees returning from burn-out.
