Practical Information about our 'Workshops and Training'
Our workshops and trainings are customized and flexible, depending on your needs. You can choose a 4-hour half day or an 8-hour full day, including a lunch break.
The trainings are ideal for groups of 8 to a maximum of 20 participants, providing a dynamic and interactive atmosphere where everyone has the opportunity to actively participate.
Prior to the training, we schedule an intake meeting with the HR department or managers involved. This conversation helps us to identify their specific needs and expectations so that we can optimize the content and approach of the workshop.
After the training courses, we are also happy to offer additional support if required. This can consist of individual coaching for employees who want to grow further in their personal development, team coaching to improve cooperation and dynamics within teams, and reintegration programs for employees returning from burnout. In this way, we ensure that everyone can resume his or her work in a healthy way.
