The first step in our selection process is a brief phone call to get to know you. During this conversation, we discuss your experience, ambitions, and what matters most to you. We also provide more information about the vacancy, so we can jointly make an initial assessment of the potential match with our client and the role.

If there appears to be a good fit, we invite you for an in-depth interview at our office (or online via MS Teams). In this meeting, we go into detail about the client’s expectations and give you a clear picture of their company culture, values, and standards. We also explore your previous work experience and review your career step by step, discussing how it aligns with the requirements of the role.

Before the interview, you will complete a personality assessment, allowing us to review the results together during the conversation. This creates space for clarification and further questions. If, after this meeting, we are confident that your qualifications match our client’s needs, we prepare a detailed interview report. This helps our client make an informed decision. The client then decides whether to invite you for further interviews and/or a role-specific assessment.

We support you throughout the entire process, ensuring you have all the information needed to make a well-informed decision. Our guidance continues until you have found your next step and are ready to start your new role.
