Cluster MarCom Manager

For our client, a global player and industrial manufacturer active in solutions for the energy transition, we are looking for a Cluster Marketing Communication Manager. You support the sales development of the Cluster Northern Europe and North America by providing high quality marketing documentation & communication, promotions & events for B2B customers in your cluster. 

Functieomschrijving

  • You provide top-level MarCom support new product launches.
  • You contribute to the Corporate strategy by leading marketing campaigns for the various markets in the business unit.
  • You are responsible for content management and press relations.
  • You organize and coordinate external events within your region.
  • Daily you work in close collaboration with the Cluster Sales Manager, Sales Managers, Technical Managers, BU & Corporate Communication and the Site Management Team, especially with the HR Manager and the HR team.
  • You focus on continuous improvement of customer knowledge & communication tools.
  • You report towards the Communication Manager of the BU and are part of the BU’s Communication team (5 members).

Functie-eisen

  •   You have at least 5 years of MarCom experience at master level.
  •   Strong business understanding and MarCom experience in an industrial environment.
  •   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  •   Thanks to your natural leadership & stakeholdership skills, you succeed in building strong relationships and making an impact internally and externally.
  •   Very good knowledge of Adobe Suite including video and Canva.
  •   Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a plus.
