To prevent someone else from exercising your rights, we want to verify your identity as thoroughly as possible. Therefore, the request must always be accompanied by a document proving that the identity of the applicant corresponds to your identity. This can be done by including a copy of your identity card with the request. Please black out your passport photo and identity card number (etc.) to protect your privacy.
If we consider that the document provided offers insufficient proof, we will inform you. We reserve the right not to act on the request until sufficient proof is provided.
